Cheers to the beautiful Easter weekend with this refreshing carrot ginger cocktail that is not only on theme for this holiday brunch but isn’t too overloaded with sugar!
Lately I have been on a lower sugar eating plan and have been seeing some drastic changes in my overall wellbeing that I really like. Therefore I wanted to make a fun tasty cocktail that was on the lower sugar content as I don’t want all the sugar that is frankly unnecessary and doesn’t make me feel too good.
The only ingredient that has sugar in this alcoholic beverage is the carrot turmeric juice but I am using only half of a shot and since it has so many wonderful health benefits, I am way more than okay with it!

- Ginger Beer (Zevia 0 sugar and no artificial sweeteners)
- Carrot Turmeric Juice (Lakewood Organic Carrot Ginger Turmeric Juice Blend)
- Tequila
- Lemon
- Ice
- Shaker
- Carrot Greens (stem)
- Glasses
Add the following items in the shaker: a can of Zevia ginger beer, a shot of tequila, half a shot of ginger turmeric juice, squeeze some lemon, ice …. shake shake shake and pour into a glass of your liking and top it off with some carrot greens as a garnish for a lovely visual effect.
