A fun (and heathy) way to welcome guests for an Easter brunch!
I love creating super cute moments for holidays that range from interior decor to food items … life is wild, lets ensure we are making it as fun as we can!
For this particular Easter Charcuterie board I focused primarily on variety of veggies, a couple cheese options, crackers, a dip and flower made out of salami for that additional spring wow factor. I like to do my food shopping and prepping of all items the day before an event for a more relaxing and enjoyable event day as I don’t like to be stressed and exhausted before hosting guests.
I make my list of things and head out shopping! Sometimes I will have ideas come to me at the store so plans do change … but I usually like to purchase a bit more in bulk to be able to replenish if needed.

Board Assembly
I first started the board by assembling the bunny rabbit to ensure it would have enough space horizontally. I placed the dip container (face), laid out crackers (bunny ears) and outlined the cherry tomatoes (bow tie). Once I had them all placed it looked like it was enough space and I then followed with adding 2 cheeses, cucumbers, carrots with dill underneath, small pickles placed in tiny bowls, broccoli, celery and made the bunny face.
Bunny Face
I used olives for the eyes and the smile. I cut an olive in half for the eyes and cut into 5 slices for the smile. One cherry tomato for the nose, nine cherry tomatoes for the bow tie and celery slices for the whiskers.
Flower
For the salami flower, take a small size water glass and start layering the salami slices all the way around the rim of the glass, do so multiple times for a full looking pedal. When you place each piece press it down so it hugs the rim. I layered this one three times to achieve the look I liked. I would suggest the salami pieces not to be too thick for this project as the thickness will not give you good results. In terms of layering, play around with it and see what you like best. To check to see how the flower is looking, put your hand on top of the rim with salami and flip the glass over and you will be able to see the formation.
Once you have achieved the fullness that you like, place in a location you want and remove the glass … you are still able to move the flower around even if the glass is no longer there.
Enjoy!
